Pricing depends on transaction volume, number of accounts and funds, the complexity of your restricted or designated giving, and the level of payroll or reporting support you need. These packages show where engagements typically begin.
Behind on your books? Catch-up and cleanup work is quoted separately once we see the scope. Many clients start with a cleanup project, then move into a monthly package once the foundation is solid. Ask for a cleanup estimate.

What people usually ask before choosing a package.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Engagements run month to month after any initial cleanup work. We would rather earn the relationship every month than lock you into one.
What if my bookkeeping volume changes?
Packages are reviewed periodically and adjusted as your transaction volume, funds, or staffing change. You will always know before a rate changes.
Do I need to buy MissionLedger separately?
No. If you are on a Premium engagement, MissionLedger is implemented as part of the service. If you would rather run it yourself, you can subscribe directly at missionledger.fund and we can configure it for a one-time fee.
Can you work with our current software?
Yes. We work in QuickBooks regularly and can also work in other systems. The goal is clean books and useful reports, not a forced migration.
How is cleanup priced?
Cleanup is quoted after a review of your current state — how far behind the books are, how many accounts and funds are involved, and what condition the records are in. You get a fixed quote before any work begins.
